Hump Day Runs Meet at 6:00 PM at the Wild Coast Running  on 101 South in Coos Bay, run at 6:15 sharp!  We generally have a longer group running about 6 miles, and a shorter group that runs 3-4.  Usually followed by a pint at 7-Devils

Hosted at Farr’s Hardware in Coos Bay, every Thursday morning at 7am.   Meet in the back parking lot.  Run or walk and enjoy coffee with the group afterwards.  Bring your own coffee cup.
